Wool blend knee high compression socks, Black
Two pairs of firm 20-30 mmHg knee highs in black Merino wool blend with a cushioned terry sole.

This two pair pack pairs dark grey and black yarns in a structured wide calf knee high. The knit combines 40% royal alpaca wool with nylon, acrylic, and spandex to create insulating warmth without the coarse bulk of standard winter wool. Designed with 15-20 mmHg graduated compression, the knit sits firmest around the ankle and eases tension up to the band. The muted charcoal tones stay understated beneath trousers and work boots during cold weather shifts.

The fabric blends 40% royal alpaca with synthetic fibers to provide smooth warmth and natural moisture wicking. Alpaca fibers lack the scratchiness of coarse sheep wool, though the dense dark grey and black surface picks up light-colored pet hair quickly. Machine wash cold and line dry to protect the knit.
A mechanical 15-20 mmHg pressure profile starts firm at the base of the leg and tapers upward toward the knee. The wide calf knit expands across fuller legs without rolling down or creating a harsh constriction band below the joint. A flat toe seam prevents friction inside boots and shoes.
Select your size using your calf circumference and shoe size rather than clothing size. Size XX-Large fits calves from 17 to 23 inch with women shoe sizes 7 to 10 or men 7 to 9.5. Size 3X-Large accommodates 19 to 24 inch calves with women shoe sizes 8 to 12.5 and men 9 to 13.

Compression comes from spandex under tension. Heat relaxes spandex permanently, so the two things that kill a compression sock are a hot wash and a hot dryer. Nothing else comes close.
